IMPORTANT UPDATE

all e-mint members have received email concerning the situation and are able to access the group.

update: aug 23:
e-mint's yahoo group experienced problems Thursday evening Aug 23rd. While the group & the message history was never affected, the membership was. If you received an email saying you were unsubscribed, you can either re-subscribe to the list via the normal process or over the weekend we will use our database backup to reinstate folks. Please watch this space or within the group for more information.

- E-mint is a network for anyone interested in the theory or practice of online communities.

- E-mint is concentrated on the UK with an eye towards European issues.

- E-mint members gather f2f and online via monthly meetings in london and the yahoo groups site. f2f meetings include speakers (including Amy Jo Kim and Howard Reingold) and conversations involving the issues facing members of the group. Time is always given for informal networking and a few beers.

*To set some UK-wide standards on Statistics and logging we can all use - for all community applications
